WorkKeys is a job skills assessment system measuring "real-world" skills that employers believe are critical to job success. KeyTrain is the prequisite test for the WorkKeys test.

| Who is required to complete the KeyTrain and WorkKeys tests? |
All hourly production employees are required to complete the WorkKeys assessment test if they do not have a high school diploma or G.E.D. This is scheduled through the Arkansas Department of WorkForce Services. |
